I have pcos and lost 20lb right before I got pregnant with my son in 2017. It helped me ovulate!!! You ladies are doing the right thing! Get healthy for the baby!

I started eating more plant based and doing alot of walking, I was at 255 and now I'm at 233! You can definitely do it, it just takes effort and positivity. I had a job that required me to be on my feet all day so it was easy for me to get my exercise in without the gym. Even 1 hour walk outside everyday will make a difference, just remember to do it at your pac, nothing should be forced.

I'm trying to gain weight with it.
114lbs and 5'5 
I seriously eat everything but dont gain a pound 😨😖
