HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH ENGORGING BREAST
OH MY GOSH! I’m a first time mom currently going through the engorgement phase. I am breast feeding and pumping for my daughter. But I’m the meantime, how can I manage this? My breast are hard as a rock even after I have pumped 2.5 ounces from ONE breast. How long will this last? And any advice or tips to manage for now ?
