Is there a downfall for not having sex at all while pregnant ?

I haven’t had sex since babe was conceived, as her father and I are not together. We’ve stayed friends and are going to co parent. But we aren’t intimate with each other. And I haven’t slept with anyone else since.

Is there a downfall to not having any sex? Am I more likely to tear when giving birth because my vagina hasn’t been “stretched” out at all?? My number one fear is tearing my lady bits to shreds.
