Can't have sex right now but we want to

Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since we last had sex. Usually we are pretty active but then my period came and I told him it was blowjob week 😏

but my boyfriend wasn't much considering it because he was not feeling too well (painful re-occuring intestinal inflammation) and he had to take a 10 day course of antibiotics (also makes him feel unwell).

So my period was about to be over and we wanted to start a 7-day sex challenge but my boyfriend didn't feel too comfortable yet to have sex which I can totally understand. Having sex while feeling pain in your lower abdomen can't be fun.

Then, a day later, his penis got itchy and red and he got a yeast infection from the antibiotics.

So we went to the pharmacy and got an anti-fungal creme. The ichting and redness has gone down but we still have to wait a few more days to have sex again. Unfortunately, I have a 3-day work trip scheduled next week and I'm afraid we won't be able to start and finish our 7-day challenge just yet.

Any tips on how to deal with this is appreciated.
