Colostrum crust in nipples 20 w

I am 20 weeks pregnant and noticed small yellowish crust of colostrum in my nipples since weeks ago. I don’t want to remove it because I am afraid that if I squeeze my nipples to remove it, it can stimulate more production. I just wash my breast with warm water and soap during the shower but not squeezing, it doesn’t go away completely but I don’t want to risk it. Also, my husband sucks my nipples during sex (just once a week because of my low sex drive 🤭 and fatigue) can the sucking stimulate more colostrum production? Thanks 😊
