Professional moms: When is enough, enough?

I’m 32 in a two year residency. I love my husband and our twos sons. As my boys get older (about to turn 3 and 5), my husband and I reminisce about the baby days...like my husband may actually want more?! He’s a stay at home dad (an amazing one)! He’s so great it makes me envious. 😂 any professional moms out there? Babies in residency? Wait until after residency/boards (maternal age at delivery would be 35+)? Just roll the dice we’ve made it this far?! P.S up until this point I have not had any trouble getting pregnant, although since getting my period back after #2 I’m displaying the symptoms of endometriosis (soon to be diagnosed).
