Her scalp is really red and it looks irritated. Is this cradle cap? If not is it something I should be concerned about? Has this happened to anyone else newborn?

I would check with your pedi. It's hard to tell from the photo. Also, please don't put dandruff shampoo on a newborn. Have you read the ingredients?!

Are there any bumps or flaming?  Looks like it could be a stork bite birth mark.
