Breastfeeding moms - Worried and anxious after using soothing gel on face with ingredients -Phenoxyethanol, peg 60

Hi all, I’m a first time mom of a 5 weeks old baby. Yesterday I went to get a facial treatment done to remove blackheads on my face...after that was done they applied a soothing gel on my face..(Also carelessly on my lips which I then ingested by accident) I found out after the gel they used contains phenoxyethanol and peg 60 which got me really concerned. I’m a breastfeeding mom..rn I just stopped breastfeeding because I’m so worried. Anyone has any advice? I tried calling Doctors here they don’t really know cosmetic ingredients well. I want to breastfeed again :(

Will pumping and dumping help..if not how Long should I pump and dump..

I miss holding my baby and breastfeeding her already :(
