5 weeks postpartum and spotting. Could I be pregnant again or is it normal ? I was cleared by my doctor 4 weeks postpartum. Been having sex since 3 weeks postpartum & everything turned out okay at my doctor visit . Now having this random spotting.

Your body needs to heal that's why they say wait at least 6 weeks before intercourse. So in your situation, yes. Spotting is normal. Use protection/birth control because you're fertility is extremely high after birth for a few months.
