Should I burn the house down?

Anna

Earlier tonight I was making my daughter a bottle. My husband and I were talking from across the room. Suddenly, my back got very warm. It felt like someone was standing behind me. I stepped back to turn around and I tripped over something very hard. I quickly looked to make sure I didn't trip over our very small dog. She was in the room with my husband.  Nothing was there. Nothing at all.

Fast forward an hour later. My husband is sitting on the floor with our daughter. She's giggling at the dog and I'm recording.  It's the first time our families will see and hear her giggle. I stop recording and he stands up with her. He sees something move out the corner of his eye. The toys hanging from her playmat are shaking back and forth.  No ceiling fan. No air on. Nothing around it. It's time to move.

*Update- there's banging coming from the shower. Everyone is asleep.

Anyway, my husband's father passed away several years ago so we've always wondered if it was him saying hi to the baby! Which in a way is comforting. But I still want my remotes back so I can watch Netflix.

UPDATE-(sorta)

I'm going to apologize for my previous comment. If you're skeptical that's more than okay. We have checked for logical reasons for things moving, disappearing, and all the noises. Pipes have been checked. Only thing we found in the bathroom the next morning was all the shampoo bottles had fallen. Maybe they weren't put back far enough. Who knows. We're still hearing loud bangs around the house and my dog is barking at the same corner but *as of now* we don't have an explanation.
