Not sure what’s going on

I’ve posted on here before about matching with a guy on bumble on October 28 we talked on bumble then moved to snapchat. We established that we both wanted something casual. On November 1 I was going to the city to study for exams and he said he will join. That was the first time we met and it was super chill. Since then I haven’t seen him. I had exams till November 7 and he said for me to focus on them then we’ll meet up.

I just don’t know, if he’s just stringing me along. He seemed really nice though.

Just now he said he’s sorry that it’s been a week since we met up but he’s been busy especially with his dad coming down to visit. I said to him that’s alright don’t stress, I’m not waiting around we said something casual so all good”. He then replied “ that’s good I’m sure you’re busy” and I go “yeah haha” then he said “wait for me” and I was like “what?”, and he goes “just joking”. Ahhh was it a joke??

We have almost snapchat messaged everyday with small conversation. I don’t know if I get it. One part of me is saying if he was really just looking for a hook up he would of found the time right? But another part of me is telling me he is just stringing me a long. But then another part of me, is telling me he is decent.
