Letrozole/Femara and pain?

I did my first round of Letrozole this cycle. Definitely not as many side effects while taking it as Clomid had, but now it’s a week later, and I’m supposed to be ovulating this week (if I do at all). I’m having insane lower back pain, and I had really bad pinching cramps/pain right about where my right ovary is that shot down my thigh for day or two. Does this sound normal?

I forgot to restock on opk’s this month, and I have my progesterone blood work Thursday morning, but my back hurts so much right now 😩 Just wanting some input to see if I should try to get in touch with my obgyn or if it’s completely normal.
