Pressure in cervix before ovulation

So I’m still waiting for a positive opk but I’m expecting it sometime this week based on my last few cycles. This cycle, I did a higher dose of clomid than I did in the past. Yesterday and today I’ve noticed a pressure in my cervix/lower abdomen. It’s not painful, just kinda uncomfortable. I’ve also been having twinges in my ovary areas which is nothing new. But has anyone else had this kind of pressure before ovulation? I’ve never noticed before and I’m just wondering if it’s from the higher dose of clomid. I was ovulating on the lower dose but not getting pregnant which is why we raised the dose.
