2 week old son

Okay so my 2 week old just wants to be held the second i put him down its like hell right away cries. He takes the pacifier but not really he wants my breast every second he will feed of it but he will use my nipple as a comfort thing as well. He likes to be in my arms 24/7 going crazy its only 2 weeks imagine in the long run 😭 im so restless at this point i tried giving him formula and he will not take it he spits it right up. Any ideas on how to get more milk supply i feel like hes not getting full every feeding i feed from both boobs and he still seems hungry. A MAMA NEEDS HELP!!!
