I’m so confused these were my estradiol numbers:

11/11 119

According to my ovulation strip I surged on 11/10 and I felt ovulation cramps 11/9, 11/10 (intense), and very strong ones early early morning 11/11. When I went for ultrasound today they said no need to do trigger or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> because I naturally ovulated because they only saw 3 of the 4 follicles I had from Friday. They said bloodwork shows I didn’t ovulate yet. What does that mean? Why wouldn’t estradiol continue to rise? I feel like I already ovulated but now they scheduled <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> for tomorrow morning. I had intercourse today so hope enough to complete tomorrow
