I give up , how do y’all do it..

Each and every nap takes an hour or more to put her to sleep, I have to rock her eventually, even if she’s not upset at first she starts crying in 10 minutes of being put down...

I’m convinced she doesn’t have early tired cues because we start the routine as soon as I see a yawn or eye rubbing and it doesn’t help. We’re always too late..

How do you put your kids to bed I can’t do this every nap/bedtime anymore. Most days I give up and put her in her car because it’s been so long and she won’t calm down while I rock her anymore.
