Spotting for 9 days

Looking for some similar stories with positive outcomes.

I am on my 4th pregnancy, previous 3 all ended at 6W+ with missed abortions.

I am 6W2D today and have been spotting pretty regularly the last 9 days. Most days it’s only noticeable when I wipe and not every time. Every other day or so it’s red but mostly brown. I’ve had 2 days where I’d say it’s was actually more like light bleeding where I had to change a pantyliner but again it pretty much stoped after I noticed it.

I have not noticed cramping or any other MC symptoms. Told Dr and he told me to just keep track of it and if I started to bleed like a period, cramp, or if a saw tissue to call right away, so none of that has happened. And of course I’ve googled how spotting and light bleeding is very common in 1st tri but I’m worried.

I go in for our first ultrasound tomorrow and of course because of my history I am already weary. Just wondering how ready for disappointment or surprise I should be. Of course this is not how my other pregnancies went, I did not spot like this. Has anyone else had a similar situation and NOT miscarried?
