At home birth accidentally

It was August 5 a day after my family and I celebrated my moms 50th birthday. At night my body was so drained from the party I believe I was 37 weeks, I couldn’t even walk I pretty much didn’t feel like legs I taught I’m just tired. At 6am,next day from the party, I started feeling contractions, they woke me up but I didn’t think much of it so I felt back to sleep until 9am they woke me up again and my lower back hurt really bad i started crying. But then again they went away around 9:45 I felt really constipated I dranked a prune juice to help but nothing so I decided to take a shower worst decision I made it just provoked my contractions so I finished taking a shower and went to my room told my baby daddy I think the baby is coming, he said ok let me just go to the bathroom. He didn’t make it when I felt like the urge to poop, tmi, so I sat in a bucket I had in my room for “emergencies” when I felt something on my vagina so I touched with my right hand, when I looked at my hand it had blood I looked down it was the baby’s head. I panicked I was alone with my daughter, she was sleeping, I pushed the baby back inside and I later down on my bed and started screaming I had left my phone at the end of the bed so there was no way I had the strength to reach for it so I scream for a couple of minutes. My room was next to the kitchen so my nephew decided to get something from the fridge when he heard he went and told my brother who was in the living room, he went to my room and seen me. I told him “call my mom”. Everybody in the house besides them and my baby daddy were asleep so he woke up my mom. My mom to the rescue found gloves and a towel and my sister woke up calls 911 and he was born before the paramedics got there. My water bag never broke, so I had a BIRTH CAUL. Ladies please don’t wait until last minute, I learn my lesson. I have two kids and both had been natural with no epidural. I believe because I have a really high pain tolerance.
