PP Fit moms and milk supply
This question is for the fit moms who went back to working out post partum. I worked out prior to pregnancy and during my entire pregnancy up until I gave birth. I’m almost at 6 weeks pp and I want to go back to the gym desperately. I didn’t gain much weight during pregnancy and I’m not looking to lose weight. I’m wondering if working out will affect my milk supply. My work outs are pretty hard core so it’s likely I might lose weight without trying to. I would like to know anyone who successfully continued to workout without it affecting their milk supply. TIA.
