Pubic bone pain??

Anyone experiencing this?? It’s like shooting/throbbing type pain in the bone. Not what I consider to be lightening crotch.

It's the relaxing of the ligaments in your pelvis. Your body us preparing for birth and the pelvis needs to be able to open up😊 some women get what's called SPD or symphasis pubis dysfunction which is basically the over relaxation of the ligaments and sometimes the pelvis gets out of alignment and is super painful

Mine got bad around 36 weeks. Midwife said it’s normal. Hormones are loosening ligaments to prepare for birth.
