Not enough fluid

Hi all, I was yesterday at my scheduled appointment 16w5d. 10 days earlier I suffered from a stomach flue for 3 days. Yesterday my doctor made me a photo of my baby but it looks like he is quite squeezed there and it looks like there is not enough fluid (based on opinion of my mother in law). However my doctor didn’t say anything so I am a bit worried. Anyone with similar issues? Could this be just a way how the doctor took photo? Measurement were in order (head and belly)
