HELP!!

I'm 5 mo pregnant w our first baby. My husband just got a job offer 5 1/2 hrs away where we know no one and would be leaving the town we grew up in w tons of family/friends. We have to make a decision asap. I am the policy holder for our current insurance and work full time as well. His insurance stinks... If we take his job offer I'd have to find new doctors and we'd end up paying 4x for labor and delivery. I'd have to quit my job and probably be super lonely in the middle of winter just sitting there while he works waiting for baby. Do we suck it up and go for more money and risk the loneliness of a new state (he'll be working a ton for the first 6 mo) OR does he go and come home hoping to make it back for the birth when I give him the call, then baby and I move out there shortly after birth ( maybe 2 weeks!?) saving us potentially thousands?!
