Hardwood floor sealant - worried about health

I toured a new home and they had just applied hardwood floor sealant to ALL the floors the day before. It was totally unventilated and I spent 45 minutes to an hour in there. The smell was SOOO unbelievably strong, and I know I was probably breathing in harmful chemicals like benzene which causes cancer. I should have listened to my gut and skipped the tour.

Do you think this exposure could give me cancer? Do you think it affected my eggs for future kids?
