FIL issues

Do you all think it’s controlling behavior if FIL goes to husbands work to get him to contact him instead of just calling or texting him, especially during work hours?

I’ve had some pretty bad issues with FIL (he’s called me a bitch and has asked inappropriate questions about my body) to the point I have had to stop allowing him to come over and have stopped going over to his house. He says very inappropriate things, especially about women and I do not want my daughter thinking that that kind of behavior is acceptable (total mama bear here and I ain’t ashamed)

I had to stop contact with him before and he repeatedly would show up at my job (I was never there at the times he would stop by, but it was not a place he would ever go)

It’s been about a year since I’ve had any contact with him, but obviously my husband can and I have no problem with that because it’s his father. My husband had chose to have my back this time and told my FIL to leave me alone until he genuinely apologized and tried to control his behavior, but FIL has been throwing temper tantrums about it saying I’ve disrespected him and blah blah blah. My husband has slowly been distancing himself from his father, but now his father is starting to show up at my husbands work.

Is this not controlling behavior? How do you even go about putting a stop to this?
