Uterus didelphys- Two cervix Two Uterus

I went to the doctor because I have been having very heavy painful menstrual cycles the past couple of months. I am 24 years old and have been on birth control since I was 18. On birth control my periods were a total breeze and super light. But I decided to get off birth control since having a baby is on my radar. I felt like something was wrong the amount of pain I was having and the amount of bleeding I was experiencing. I would put a tampon in and minutes later I would start bleeding through my pants. My doctor ordered an ultra sound for me and I found out I have TWO uterus’s and TWO cervixs. Apparently this is

super rare so I’m just hoping someone on here may have the same condition and can let me know your experiences with conceiving. From what I have read I have heard success stories and not so successful stories.
