Is this normal when he goes down on you??

So I’ve always been self conscious about my vagina and her smell... it’s nothing you can smell standing next to me but I just notice it from masterbating. I’ve only ever been intimate with my husband and when he goes down on me... he just reeks after of onion/fish. It makes me sooo self conscious. Like so much so I limit how much he goes down on me (which I truly do love). Could I have Bacterial Vaginitis? I don’t have itching or burning... but there is an odor up close :(
Is it normal for your partners mouth to smell like your 😺 afterward? What do they usually smell like to you?

1.) vaginas don’t smell like sunshine and rainbows... I wouldn’t usually say onion/fish... maybe get checked for an infection and ask about that.
2.)I’m sure you are fine. If he’s not complaining don’t worry. Just don’t make out after that 😂

I always “wash up” before we are intimate. Ans make sure I wash that area really well!

Apple cider vinegar and water do the trick and kills all those stinky germs. I was myself in the shower with it and then use feminine ph soap. Works like a charm

Diet can influence the smell, but don’t ever expect it to smell like cupcakes and rainbows!  
Make sure when you are washing up that you don’t put any soap IN your vagina, it’s a self cleaning organ and ￼using soap in there can throw your pH off and make it smell fishy. Same thing with lotions/sprays, don’t put anything on or in your girly bits. If your husband is ejaculating inside of you, that can also throw off your pH and make you smell fishy for a couple of days after. Even if you are TTC, always get up immediately after sex and try to push out as much of the semen as you can. The sperm get to where they need to go within seconds, what you are pushing out is just the seminal fluid and it will not affect your chances of conception.

If you don’t have any itching burning or odd discharged then it’s probably not an infection, but unbalanced pH can lead to yeast infections or UTIs down the road.￼

I never smell like fish or anything but vaginas do have a natural odor. Sometimes it can be more musty if it’s at the end of the day or after sweating or something. I have never noticed my bf smelling bad or tased anything when kissing after so maybe go to your gyno. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about, every woman goes through these things.

It's not supposed to smell like an air freshener lol, though the smell should not be overwhelming, if it is it could be an infection. If you're self conscious take a shower before you have sex

Well, a vagina smells like a vagina, and I think everyone's normal smell is a little different. 
To me, mine smells sort of acidic or like tacos. 
To people who have gone down on me I've gotten that it tastes sweet or like nothing 🤔 and doesn't really smell like anything. 
So I don't know why they smell "nothing"  or "not much of anything" and I smell delicious spicy tacos. 
I don't know if smelling like fish is bad, or just normal vagina things. Onions, a lot of people smell like that from their sweat, so I could see that. I think it's normal for some people but strong smells or abnormal smells can be from an infection.
