Foot pain early pregnancy?

Is heel pain and ankle pain a symptom for early pregnancy? I didn’t have sex but there could have been precum on guys hands. I’m on birth control pill, period is supposed to happen in 2 days and it’s been 18 days since the encounter. Really confused about my pain and it’s freaking me out
