Hi ladies! Just have a question that I'm hoping you can answer!

Last month I did letrozol on cd 3 to cd 7. I went in for a follicle check on 10/30 which I had a great one! She said it was 21mm! I did my pregnyl shot that night. We had intercourse that day (Wednesday), that Friday and sunday. I'm now 13 days past my trigger. My question is, would the pregnancy test go negative and then potentially be positive in a few days?

I was told not to test until Nov 17 but I tested every few days to see the progression. I'm not sure how many DPO I am. I think I ovulated 24 to 36 hours after, so maybe 10 DPO?

I also take 1500mg of metformin.
