OB/GYN??

Question

Okay.. so I'm 18 and I'm going to be finding and going to a lady doctor for the first time and I'm actually getting super nervous😬, like it makes me anxious when strangers see my body(for past reasons) and I have no idea what's going to happen or how to prepare... could someone please give me advice and explain how it usually goes?🙏😵

I almost run away on my first appointment.  Later I broke 3 plastic divises that they use to open the vagina.  It is normal to be nervous, just to relax the area, you can pray or medidate before the appointment.  They only need to check your breast for lumps and you vagina.  They also take a small sample for your pap smear.  Uncorfortable, but not painful most of the time.  I had my first appointment when I was older than you.  Is not that bad and it is only once a year.
