Where will your little one sleep

Question

I’m typically a co sleeping mom, however the gap between my first and second was 5.5 years so it was easy to co sleep with each kid. My now two year old is in bed with us most nights and we don’t want to start this trend with the new baby (we want to cuddle 🤣) so we are trying out the chicco lullago nest portable bassinet. So my question is where will your LO sleep?

Our daughter will sleep in her crib in her bedroom. That’s exactly what we did with our first and it’s just what works best with our lifestyle and us as a family. We made sure our son was out of the crib and doing well in his big boy bed shortly after I found out I was pregnant that way we didn’t have any issues transitioning him once the baby was here.

Moses basket in our room until maybe 6months then cot in his own room

In bed with and my 20 month old I’ve tried to get him to sleep on his own but no chance !

In his crib in our room (we dontvhave a nursery). We dont have space or money for both a bassinett & a crib, so hell go directly in the crib at the foot of our bed. I wont even have to get out of bed to pick him up & feed him in the middle of the night.

With my eldest he co-slept with me in my bed because it was just the two of us. Now, I feel better with this baby is his own spot, so we removed one side of the crib and have it level with our mattress/ratched to the bed frame. 
There’s no gap and I don’t have to get up to get him, so we can dream feed and he goes right back to his space.

We moved recently and my 3.5yr old is back in bed with me. She co-slept until 10mo then she went into her own bed. I haven’t forced the issue of her sleeping in her new room, because I understand the fear. Hell, I was scared the first two months here lol, I’m sure she picked up on it . We live in the middle of the woods and daddy works late. Anyways, my husband has been sleeping in the spare room, which he doesn’t mind. But.. I’m not really sure how it will play out when baby arrives. Baby will sleep with me 100, but she’s going to have to either sleep in her room, the spare or maybe I’ll have to put a blowup mattress or tot bed in my room until she feels brave enough to sleep in her bed. She definitely can’t sleep in our king, because she sleeps like a fish and is constantly flopping.

In his SNOO bassinet in our room. I think at nights that’s where he will be then for his naps during the day, I’m going to try the crib in his nursery or the baby rocker/swing that’s set out in the living room. 1st baby though so who knows if this plan will actually work. 😂
