Sciatic/ hip/ back pain
Is it safe to use a heating pad while pregnant? I’ve been using Tylenol, warm baths, and even an all natural pain relief spray, but no help at all. I’ve been traveling the last 2 days and will be out of town in a hotel until next week so won’t be able to see my chiropractor or obgyn until then.
