Painful sex

So I’ve been having sex around a month now pretty consistently. My bf and I always use lube and fore play, but it still always hurts. I think I’m relaxed. I just have to constantly pull out because of the pain. It is becoming very annoying. I was tested for a STD and I don’t have any.

Any ideas on the problem?
