Atkins diet

So I’m planning on starting the Atkins diet as I have done a lot of research and find that it’s something that seems like it will fit well with my life style

My idea was to throw out everything in my fridge/freezer and cabinets that is not healthy and will give me temptations and then buy ONLY Atkins foods so that I have no choice but to reach to one of the items if I’m hungry

Like for breakfast I’ll have one of the shakes or one of the meal bars and then for lunch and dinner I’ll have one of the microwaveable meals

So basically I’d be only eating Atkins food to lose weight

Obviously I’d buy stuff like vegetables to have throughout the day as a snack too though
