Sensory toys recommendation for 16 mos old toddler!

Does anyone have any recommendations for toys or sensory toys for my 16 month old ? I feel like she’s bored with her little toys and tv she def gets bored and I want her to stay busy during day while I work

We’re doing Montessori and my 18 month old loves it! She was bored with all her toys too until we switched her to all battery-free, open-ended and imaginative toys. This includes animal figures, balls, blocks, felt, stickers, doll houses, cars, musical instruments (WITHOUT BATTERIES!), etc. It has helped my bored daughter immensely to have these sorts of toys available to her. Now she spends up to an hour playing on her own. It’s crazy lol. And of course, setting up a toy rotation and only having a few toys out at a time has also helped quite a bit. Almost all Melissa and Doug toys are Montessori-approved and are a hit with kids, too. 
About twice a week I put together a sensory bin for her to play with, although she will usually only play with these for about 10-15 minutes. 
Most of her toys aren’t actually toys because kids at that age like to explore their environment. She has some silicone spatulas that she enjoys, popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners, bowls and cups, the remote, sheets of paper, makeup brushes, etc. I’ll let her help wash her own dishes and sometimes she “helps” me with the laundry. I also let her finger paint and let her play with play doh. 
But mostly we just walk around outside, picking up crunchy leaves, throwing pebbles, discovering different ways to walk, stuff like that.

My toddler is 19 months but has had the following toys for several months now and loves them (she didn’t master all of them right away, but enjoyed fiddling around with them even before she understood how to complete them):
- giant wooden beads and shoelaces (I tie one end of the shoelace so it doesn’t just slip off when she finally gets the bead on - we have the Melissa and Doug Set)
- chunky wooden puzzles
- a shape sorter (a box with shape cut outs, and shapes that baby needs to fit in the appropriate cut out)
- stacking cups (she doesn’t know how to stack them upside down like a tower yet, but knows that they’re supposed to fit in each other like nesting bowls)

My 18 month old LOVES her doctors set. She also enjoys painting and playing with magnets on the fridge- food shaped and letters. 
Blocks are always a really good resource as they’re open- ended and encourage a lot of mathematical language.
For Christmas we have got her a dolls play centre which has changing mat, high chair, bath etc. To pretend with her dollies.
