Vitamin B6 for nausea!! ππ»
Has anyone else tried taking Vitamin B6 for morning sickness/nausea?
I'm about 8 weeks and the nausea just started for me. Basically everyday after breakfast until around 2 or 3pm, I'd just feel SO sick. One day I tried eating in that period and promptly threw it up.
It went on for about 5 days and I read that taking B6 vitamins 3x a day can help.
I just got some generic ones at Walgreens and wow! I haven't felt queasy at all since the second day I started taking them.
Ideally you should take them every 8 hours, so up to 3x a day, but I haven't been consistent. Yet it still helped!
Anyone else try?
Best $10 I've spent in a while!
