Getting milk supply back up
I thought I wanted to stop breastfeeding but now I miss it. I still produce milk but very, very little.
In the beginning I produced around 3-4 oz from each breast.
How do get my milk back flowing? My 2mo doesn’t want to latch anymore but I’m still trying to pump every 3-4 hrs.
