I have a Jaxon ! We call him jax and he calls him self jack jack. I love his name and wouldn’t have chose the spelling just to “ look cool “ my husband and I both have uniquely spelled names and we wanted to keep that uniqueness in our family by spelling his name differently than it traditionally would be spelled ! Not everyone is going to like the name for your baby ! Good thing it’s your baby and not theirs 😁

My 4 year old nephew is Jaxon. It’s ridiculously popular. I’m personally not a fan of the name or spelling, but it’s so super common, that it’s not “weird.”

Use it if it’s what you love and you don’t mind the popularity.
But if thinking it’s different is a big part of what you love about it, then maybe don’t use it. It’s a very common spelling. Not quite as common as Jackson, but close. If it would bug you that he’d have several other Jacksons/Jaxons/Jaxsons in his class or grade, then you might want to look for something else you love just as much.
