Negatives before missed period

My period should start in two days (Friday). I've been testing the last 3 days- all negative. Has anyone gotten negative results this close to their period and still been pregnant? I tracked ovulation this month/had sex all the days around and on my peak day. At 8DPO I had pink bloody discharge in the toilet after peeing. I also had back/stomach cramps 8-9dpo but nothing since. I really thought the spotting at 8DPO was implantation :/ but I figured if it was I would be seeing positive pregnancy tests by now..
