Do you call your brother in law, brother?

I’m just wondering how many people actually call their brother in law, brother. I always hear people refer to in-laws, or by name or for a example “my husbands, brother”

The reason I’m asking is because I posted a birthday post for my man and then his brothers new wife commented on our pictures and was like “happy birthday brother” and she wrote him a letter and left it on the couch on day and in the letter she called him brother again and was drawing hearts all over the envelope.... it seems like she always trying to get attention from him, and he doesn’t know her that well, and she always just gives me dirty ass looks...
