Belly fat and love handles 😨

Im 22 and weight 102 lbs, I don’t want to lose weight since i would be underweight but it’s so weird that despite my weight i have lots of fat in my belly and my sides around my hips (the love handles)😱 i was always like this since i was a child i am desperate for tips to lose my fat without losing more weight 😭 i am willing to work hard for it please if u have workout plans or diets etc PLEASE help ur desperate girl out 🆘
