Good gift or not?

So next Sunday is our 3rd year  anniversary and I wanted to give him something useful , we're not into the whole giving each other stuff like pictures and stupid crap like that. I went ahead and bought a new extendible shower head because he is tall (6"3) and doesn't fit under the shower lol. Opinions? Or should I get something else, too?
