Does anybody else continuously use the blue light filter?

I hate not using the blue light filter on my phone😂. I think it looks ugly and it hurts my eyes when its off. I noticed the people closest to me never have it on. Does anybody else do this too?🤔

I use it and love it! I have mine set to automatically come on at 10pm then shut off at 6am

My husband and I have it on always. Its much better for your eyes.

I have mine set to turn on at 6 pm and to turn off at 8 am. I have trouble sleeping if the filter is not on a couple of  hours before I go to bed.

I always have it on, it feels weird when it's off now. I originally had it so that it only turns on at night time but somehow it messed up and it's always on now and now I like it that way

No I dont use my blue light filter at all. I get major headaches whenever I use it. It's just the filter in general because I tried it on my laptop and my android and both give me borderline migraines.
