Blood pressure question

Please help, my normal blood pressure is normally 90/60 and this is how it’s always been, I am now 35 weeks pregnant and my blood pressure has spiked up to 138/80 which is not normal for me. I feel like my vision has slightly changed as well and I have voiced my concerns to my doctor and she is saying my blood pressure is still in the safe zone but it is not normal for me and she keeps ignoring my concerns for it.
