Episiotomy pain??

Does anyone else have pain with sex after an episiotomy ? It’s been 10 months and it still hurts 😭

Yeah I’m 4 months pp and still get pain, just remember you could have a scar from it. I have one inside from it

5 months pp and still havent even tried because I'm scared of the pain. My scar hurts throughout the day anyway so not looking forward it.

It’s totally normal hun but if you sit on warm water  with salt or over steam like a sitz bath at least 4 times a week for 3 months or more depending on your body the pain clears up faster, the heat helps in circulating the blood flow & clears away the aches . I had 2 babies 2 episiotomies and I don’t feel a thing everything is back to normal, try your best to start the healing process after birth.

I'm 6 months pp almost and it still hurts when having sex at times. Lube helps but it can never just be a spontaneous fun thing.. Always have to take our time easing into it to avoid pain. It's annoying.
