4th birthday party dilemma for my twin daughters

Help! Should I have their party at a kids’ event place, or should I throw it at my moms?

There will be 10 4 year olds attending.

If I have it at the event place, they’ll do a spin art party and each go home with their spin art craft, 3 party favors, we’d have pizza/wraps/cake. It would end up costing ~$300.

If we have it at my moms, she has a huge house so she’s be able to accommodate our guests. But what games would I have there for 10 toddlers? What could I do? It’d probably end up costing us ~$200 (supplies, food, favors, and games).

Their best friend is having pony rides at her party. Not even trying to compete with that 😂 but I still want this to be amazing and memorable for my twins!

If at my moms, I’m thinking we will do horse theme or donut theme if that helps with game ideas
