After your transfer did they have you lay down?

They made me lay down 10-15 min then I peed and left

This was for my first fresh transfer. I’m now preparing for my FET for December.

Needed to pee immediately. Studies seem to show it’s better to get up and get back to normal with only a few restrictions (jumping and lifting heavy).

I laid down for about 10-15 min. They didn’t rush me but there were like two other transfers also going on. I peed afterwards and then left.

Just went Tuesday. They told me I could for 5-10 minutes for piece of mind. But other than that got up, used the bathroom, got dressed and left
