Anyone else a veteran?

Trying to get in touch with the VA is like pulling teeth. They haven't called me in 2 weeks so I can see an outside provider. I talked to my preferred clinic and they had no idea of how the va process works. Anyone else can give me insight?

I would try facebook. My brothers beat friend was having a huge issue with getting in contact with them as well via   phone so he found them on facebook and not but a couple minutes later when he was on hold for 2 hrs he got a call on his other phone from a lady from another office. Just search VA medical center in the facebook search and all the different cities will pop up.
