What is everything you need for a newborn/baby!

Diapers, wipes, safe space for sleep, lots of sleepers, bottles, pump, breast pads, formula, haakaa etc depending on how you’ll be feeding, swaddles, blankets, pacifiers, burp rags.

Oh man, that's so different for everyone and every situation! The Google idea from the other commenter is good, that way you can see a lot and decide from that what you want or need! But i would say definitely diapers, wipes, SOME newborn sized clothes, and a place for baby to sleep!

I reccomend trying to buy things 2nd hand first before buying new. Often it will save you heaps and they are barely used. Garage sales are great for finding bouncers and other baby accessories you might  be interested in. Biggest advice is to Keep It Simple Sweetie.  To KISS. The less you have to juggle, the easier it will be. I just had one small bouncer and used the floor a lot. They don't  need much  beside food, safe sleep, and love/touch. Touch is very important for babies, too many accessories can hinder that biological need.

If you go to start your registry online (Target, Amazon, etc) they give you a check list of everything you could need. Look at that and narrow down what you need from that.

Zipper pajamas with feet and hands! The ones with the zippers that can go from bottom up so you don’t have to remove the whole thing during changes! 
A swaddle to try. We liked swaddle me. Tried love to dream and she hated it.
Diapers with wetness indicator. So helpful especially when their pee is small amount at first. 
Aquaphor/diaper balm. Something to use as barrier to protect babies bum.

Bouncers, swings, carriers, strollers, bassinette, dressy clothes, shoes, toys, all that stuff is nice but not necessary.
