Does anyone have any tips and tricks to loose weight at a good, consistent and slightly fast pace? I have a major surgery on May and need to loose 80 lbs, so far I’ve only lost 5 😭
I eat a lot of veggies aside from asparagus and brussel sprouts 🥴— and am willing to try different diets and exercises.
My biggest issue is having to work with both my severe depression and anxiety. It makes it hard to stay motivated
