My July LO randomly says-“pain” and holds her right knee for last 2-3 days. She doesn’t do it all the time, there are times I ask her if its paining she will say yes and then at other say a no. I don’t know what to believe. For last 2 days it was right now it’s left knee..

There is no change in her activity level. She continues to run, play, jump as she always does. She isn’t limping or avoiding weight on tht leg. She doesn’t have a visible external trauma signs on her knee, but she does fall a lot like all toddlers do.

I am concerned about this and the fact it’s not like always as if it’s always hurting then u can say it’s a trauma or something.. can any of the experienced moms here provide me with insights
